Ms. Fixer is here to fix your language problems! Born and living in Japan. She earned a master degree in an English-speaking country (details undisclosed). She has been learning Bahasa Indonesia (Standard Indonesian) since November 2020 — maybe the COVID-19 pandemic led her to be more adventurous?? She prefers English-written textbooks rather than Japanese ones.
その名の通り、あなたの語学のお悩み解決します！自己紹介すると、日本生まれの日本育ちですが、英語圏の大学の修士号を持っています（詳細は内緒）。2020年11月より、何を思ったかインドネシア語を学び始めました（コロナ禍で一念発起？）。日本語より英語で書かれた語学教材を使うことが多いです。

HiNative.com などに投稿されたQ/Aの中から使えると思ったものを厳選して、（できる限り補足解説付きで）当ブログ上で紹介して行こうと思ってます。取り上げる言語はインドネシア語、英語、日本語、あとはたまにマレー語を予定してます。
You may wonder why HiNative. The answer is simple: Traditional language textbooks and dictionaries often do not fully explain connotations and cultural gaps. HiNative is not, of course, perfect but Ms. Fixer believes it would be a great practical platform for linguistical and cultural exposure. She also gives tactical tips for getting useful answers from other HiNative users — If you don’t get what you expect, maybe that’s not their problems but your questioning skills are not good enough.
念のため申し上げておくと、HiNativeの回し者じゃありません。使い始めたきっかけですが、従来型の語学教材や辞書だと、ネイティブが意図する言外の意味やその表現が用いられる文化的な背景など、細かいところまで十分に解説されていないと感じたからです。むろんHiNativeの投稿内容も玉石混交なのですが、生きた語学を実践的に習得するのに役立つオンラインサービスだと考えています。既存ユーザの中には、まともな回答を得られないと嘆く人もいるかもしれません。ですがそれって回答者側の問題ではなく、質問者ご自身のスキル不足に起因している可能性もあります。ということで、当ブログでは質の高い回答をネイティブから引き出す質問のコツについてもお伝えしていこうと思います。
Ms. Fixer became a registered member with HiNative in December 2020. Since then, she has been taking questions from Japanese learners and throwing questions about Bahasa Indonesia in English.
